Unable to edit ANY of my old threads - wraxu - Jun 11, 2019
I can't edit any of my threads except my most recent one, does anyone know why this is?

We've recently added restrictions on the amount of time you can edit your old threads before they can no longer be edited.

I believe there is a time limit wherein you are allowed to edit. It varies based on usergroups.
(could be wrong, been kind of inactive recently myself).

I might be stupid but I don't see anything about old threads. Only the edit history being pruned after 60 days...

Yea I do need to edit some of them (travel one and smartphone one specifically), not desperately but confused why I can't.

I mean, I don't really understand why this rule is a thing. I was banned for 8 months so unable to edit any of my threads, wish the timer paused when you are banned but I guess that's how it is...

Read the thread I linked. If you purchase a paid sticky, sales tag, or Vendor status you can edit older threads.

I understand this rule in the market to an extent however me not being able to edit lounge threads without buying a sticky is pretty crazy. Also, I would purchase v3ndor status but I very much doubt I am eligible, so.
