It does and i'm using. Just he didn't drop the game at all just made it half way to troll.

No a drophack at all, its pretty much impossible to drophack a game.
The servers have been having issues for the past 3ish days and sometimes games just crash.

This is false.
It is possible, but most of the time the drophack doesn't work 90% of the time, at most it will lag the server and players.

I didn't know these were still around. They used to be huge back in Season 3 when I played a lot. Kind of unfortunate.
