Proxychains and Tor Browser. - hack3rcon - Jul 3, 2019 Hello. I configured proxychains for using Tor Browser, can I get a "New Identity" by proxychains or CLI? Thanks. RE: Proxychains and Tor Browser. - HSGM - Jul 3, 2019 I dont think so, proxychains is just pointing to that local ip 127 0 0 1. If you refresh via the browser it'll kick off a command to securely obtain a new identity. If you want to do it via tor cli just run: service tor reload This will work off the running tor process and generate you a new connection (without accidently exposing you) RE: Proxychains and Tor Browser. - hack3rcon - Jul 3, 2019 (Jul 3, 2019 12:00 PM)HSGM Wrote: I dont think so, proxychains is just pointing to that local ip 127 0 0 1.
