I configured proxychains for using Tor Browser, can I get a "New Identity" by proxychains or CLI?

I dont think so, proxychains is just pointing to that local ip 127 0 0 1. If you refresh via the browser it'll kick off a command to securely obtain a new identity.

If you want to do it via tor cli just run:
service tor reload

This will work off the running tor process and generate you a new connection (without accidently exposing you)

That command not working for Tor Browser.
