I sent the money last night and he did not send me the video. He has been online and active since then quite a while and has not responded to any of my pm.
I sent him 10$ via btc to send me an adobe stock video. He hasn't responded, and i sent him another message and he hasn't responded. Yet, he is active on the forum and online. He has scanned more people on HF and i think it's high time that he is banned before he scams more people as this is not a one time thing.
