So I'm already starting with Node.js. Which web frameworks should I learn and how many should I master before moving on and starting web hacking?
The reason is know Node.js is one of them.
But which frameworks should I learn before starting to hack websites?
I found an article showing that PHP isn't actually dead:

Does that mean my next framework should be a PHP framework?
What are the different frameworks I should learn before web hacking?
How long should I spend on each framework?

Why not just learn web hacking? You don't need to learn the ins and outs of a framework to break it.
Though if you really want to learn about web frameworks, I have done a lot with Flask, Spring and Zend. I wouldn't worry about languages if you're completely new, put time into understanding the concepts before trying to break down the languages

I mean I have heard people say to master PHP and another coding framework before learning web hacking.
I don't know if what your saying is a good idea in order to be an optimally good web hacking.
Someone said to program for at least six months first.

I'd say ignore them. It's useful knowledge to have, sure, but it's not necessary. You pick up what you need as you go
