Question about. curl.exe and about copy text from website. - FUC K YOU FBI - Sep 19, 2019

Okey so hello everyone i would like to ask some questions.

First question is that i wondering if curl.exe is native and if it would be good idea to write script with it if me goal is to use script on windows 7/10 platforms.
Second question is that curl.exe is pre - build in windows and if it is what version of windows have it installed?

Third and most important question is more like request so what method should i use for purpose to copy text from for example pastebin.com to logs.txt file and save it computer.
I found out that curl.exe is what i need but am wondering if its gonna work with all computers i need.

Hi  ✌
You can download text files from pastebin.com if you set your urls to raw files and of course you can download them using batch and powershell like this example that i have updated it for you, just for making an idea.
This batch script needs a file called urls.txt where you can replace to yours, in my example, the batch can create it for the first execution and you can add other urls in this file to be downloaded by the script 😉

Thanks for your time to answer on thread, but trick is that i need to copy text from pastebin and save that text to file so it's doesn't trigger protection where downloads are monitored.
And i think that "(New-Object System.Net.WebClient).DownloadFile('%1','%2')" will trigger protection because similar code is used to download .exe files so its highly detected.

Here is another method using Certutil command :
Code
@echo off
Mode 75,4 & Color A
Title Download file with Certutil command by Hackoo 2019
Set "URL=https://pastebin.com/raw/9ghxn9XQ"
Set "File=SourceText.txt"
Set DownloadFolder=%~dp0MyDownloadFolder
if not exist "%DownloadFolder%" MD "%DownloadFolder%"
echo(
echo     Downloading "%Url%" to "%File%"
Call :Download "%Url%" "%DownloadFolder%\%File%"
If exist "%DownloadFolder%\%File%" Explorer "%DownloadFolder%\%File%"
Exit
::--------------------------------------------
:Download <Url> <File>
certutil.exe -urlcache -split -f %1 %2>nul
exit /b
::-------------------------------------------
