IP Addres on a Html Chat Room - fckdat - Sep 19, 2019
Hello. I frequent a chat:
Chat Bl Bl : sala aeiou
I'm looking for a program or extension that lets me see the IP Address of those in the same room as me. Can anyone suggest something of this kind?

hmm wireshark can be useful only if you host the chat room on the localhost.

Not true necessarily.
If the application is sending packets to clients directly then you'll get their address.
By the sounds of this applications(being a webapp) it wouldn't though.
I heard someone mention to me a technique that was used to monitor connections to a site via exposed Apache stats page - Can look for that.

One option would be that you trigger an error with that user in chat room and you check the error_log on that srevr if that is enabled.
What do you think would it be possible.
