He never made a post besides this one, i think he made an auto contract with Professor and accidentally opened a dispute, i've seen other new members do this aswell.

probably a way to destroy someone's reputation .

Yeah that is also possible ofcourse but i think that when members go deep enough to view open disputes, they'll also check the content of the disputes so this shouldn't hurt professor.
I assume it will get marked as invalid if OP doesn't make any valid claims.
