Hello HackForums, Deployed Here

Never trust a screenshot of balance for proof. Ask the user to submit a mini screen-recording and ensure that they refresh the page while doing so. This video shows you exactly why not to trust and how easily this action is performed: https://youtu.be/i6_MSnHTZzA

I think most people know how inspect element works :P Also balances can be faked in videos too

just use something with a public ledger like BTC ! Don't trust anyone's proof of balance, whether video or screenshot, ever.

Go to the page you're inspect elementing, right click, save as, save the html, edit it and "refresh the page" with your edited html. Profit??? '

Jk, don't use this shit to scam, any body with more than 10iq will not fall for it.

Great post :D

However you will never be able to be sure, a simple chrome plugin can change the value on refresh instantly, hence refreshing is not really working either..

Can change their hosts, update it so that URL redirects to their local server.

Then the URL can be shown, even with SSL.

Literally never accept videos as proof of balance, or pictures.

Now you are talking. Yes proof of funds just isn't a valid measure of reliability so note that (@HackForums); and especially do not trust Screenshots. At least if they are going through a host redirect they have invested a little more work then inspect element lol
