Hello Hackforum
I have Bitcoin Core installed on my Windows Operating System but it's taking forever to update.
My internet connection is not fast. This week is making it the 4th week I installed it and I'm still 5 years and 3 weeks back in the update.
I still have long way to go to finish updating it and I am running out of patience. Lol...
Can you suggest alternative bitcoin wallet that can create 0 unspent utxo and broadcast it like Bitcoin Core?

His question is valid. Do you mean the transaction should leave you with no unspent utxos left over in your wallet or it should spend every last bit of its own utxos (inputs)?
The first one is easy, just include all utxos as inputs and send the coins wherever you want. The second one probably wouldn't get mined for quite some time if at all because there would be no fees left over.

Don't be rude to people trying to help you, your question doesn't make sense. Firstly, the U in UTXO stands for unspent, so your question says "create 0 UTXO". Are you trying to create a transaction with an output of 0 BTC? Or a transaction with no outputs, i.e. burning all the coins?

I wasn't trying to be rude to him. I was polite to him in the best of my knowledge. I'm trying to create a transaction with an output of 0 BTC without Bitcoin Core

I'm not technically educated enough to say whether or not your transaction type is valid or will be propagated on by them, but I doubt any other wallet has the ability to create a nonstandard transaction.
