What a pain in the ass lol. After 15 minutes... You could be nice and give him another 5 minute courtesy gap, or just go knock now. I would wake him up eventually though.

Its a funny one u should watch it, they try to create a short circuit to damage the alarm clock :), maybe you could try turning down / up the electricity?

I can't imagine the same happening to me without hearing the alarm. Even the slightest sound wakes me up lol so such people like your neighbor are always weird to me.

When I was a teenager I had a neighbor who used to do the same exact thing, my stepfather used to stand in the driveway and scream “fuck off” til he woke up. It became an everyday thing for about a full summer, quite an awful experience. Yeah OP go wake his ass up don’t let it keep going man.

Play a horn-sound on YouTube loudly. Or a gun-shot.
If he still doesn't wake up, go knock on the door or ring the door-bel if possible. But be polite, you never know what's happening next door.

If it's an everyday issue, I would definitely talk to him. No reason for it to be that loud and going on for that long. Hopefully he cooperates.
