Its a funny one u should watch it, they try to create a short circuit to damage the alarm clock :), maybe you could try turning down / up the electricity?

I can't imagine the same happening to me without hearing the alarm. Even the slightest sound wakes me up lol so such people like your neighbor are always weird to me.

When I was a teenager I had a neighbor who used to do the same exact thing, my stepfather used to stand in the driveway and scream “fuck off” til he woke up. It became an everyday thing for about a full summer, quite an awful experience. Yeah OP go wake his ass up don’t let it keep going man.
