Can't see my notifications - Morphine - Jun 9, 2020
When i open hf it pop up in notification icon showing me i have some new notification and it dosen't load it
I have tried to reopen the site or reopen the browser but still it isn't working!

I used to have this problem, turned out I had some extensions blocking it, make sure to check that

i disabled the extensions and still same for me!

I am facing the same issue right now.
The Notifications tab goes on an infinite loading and so does the convo's
I use the brave browser with Browsec and Remote desktop extensions only.
The issue comes and goes.
The notifications and the convo open fine on my mobile device.

It's either from the extension or browser, try changing with fresh browser with no extensions in it and see if there's any difference

So far it looks like Brave is possibly a common factor between these occurrences.

Yes, it seems so!
I guess I need to switch the browser for HF then! I will try that out too and update about it.
Sometimes closing the browser and reopening works, sometimes it doesn't.

To all of you who are using the Brave browser with possible extensions:
If you have the extension "Random User-Agent" installed you need to disable it in order to view your notifications and Convo's.
Same exact issue happened to another user earlier today and disabling it fixed it for him.

It seems like it yeah. The only notification issue threads I've seen reported have to do with Brave and/or an extension of Brave.

FYI it's very likely that rotating your browser user agent triggers Cloudflare captcha which might be why the notification window doesn't open. Also some agents are blocked, including trying to set no agent at all. Basically you should allow your browser to be as vanilla as possible to original installation and if you make custom changes you are at a higher risk of things not working properly.
