Do they ever answer to live chat or I am forced to call them with my phone? All I'm getting is automated messages

Yes, Every time i chat on amazon.com customer care support, they answer me.

If it’s something serious or if they need secondary tier of support, they’ll make you call.

I've always chatted with them online, never needed to call them.
