What a clown show we live in today, we've got white saviors like the RGB and anti-hero destroying local businesses because they wish to protect a crack head with a knife.

This is an idiot with a knife.
the people protesting/rioting for him are either idiots or extremists of some sort.
But sure, assume I defend every piece of crime because I care about accuracy and preventing mob mentality which devolves into violence.
Attribute every terrible thing to all the protesters, peaceful and otherwise, continue to push BLM as only a terrorist organization.

This isn't a clown show lol, this is just showing that people shouldn't charge police offers with a knife. This gets you killed. If you have a guy sprinting at you with a knife and you have a means to end his charge wouldn't you try to use it or would you rather try to calm him with soothing words then get a knife to your gut.

I'm not even a conservative or right leaning at all this was just completely justified whoever is protesting this is protesting the intent of murder on a human I, regardless of his occupation.

While I agree this is the only way this situation could have been handled properly right now by the police?
That is kind of the problem people might be upset about too...
How about instead of one or two cops with nearly zero physical body protection for themselves, and lethal weapons?
send two cops with riot shields instead...
Can't stab them... and he gets smashed in the face and goes to jail instead of dies, nobody riots.

Only way to "end" crime is to revert to the old days where mob bosses actually had control of organized crime and worked quid pro quo with enforcement.
Situations like these are spontaneous and happen out of nowhere, riot shields and anything of the sort isn't "standard" equipment either, could that change? Possibly.
Regardless, this was 100% a justified shooting.

Not sure what else is expected when you charge a cop with a knife. Maybe if you’re lucky he uses a taser but if an officers life is in danger it is justified to use deadly force

Tasers don’t always work, trust me.
Baggy clothing = even less chance.
You also have to be within 7-15ft (roughly) for a good probe deployment.

We don’t shoot to kill. We shot to eliminate a threat. Sometimes 2 rounds gets the psychological compliance needed. Sometimes it takes 17 rounds to get the physiological effect. Police aren’t trained to “shoot to kill”. It’s “shoot to eliminate a threat”.
