Archive post button next to delete button - Tor - Oct 14, 2020 My suggestion is to have a feature that can archive the post instead of deleting it for later usage. All those archived posts can easily go to drafts.
The way it can be done now is making a draft before deleting the post or save a draft, post another copy then eventually if you want later to archive it you can delete and still have a copy in the drafts. I hope I'm not the only one who sees the feature as useful. ✌ RE: Archive post/thread button next to delete button - Xerotic - Oct 14, 2020 You can't even delete threads to begin with and there is really no good reason to go back and massively delete your posts. Are you doing this now? RE: Archive post/thread button next to delete button - Nachfolger - Oct 14, 2020 Here, you forgot your clown shoes. ![]() What a retarded thread, Tor. Let's just postwipe the entire forum. Are you doing this now? No of course mass deleting it is a no go. I was thinking there could be a limit of 5 posts idk. And no I don't want to mass delete my posts lol, why would I do that haha. You are the OP of this suggestion thread... Please list some instances in which your suggestion would be used. Specific posts/threads and the reasoning behind it. For example, I made a post in a group application thread, and due to not having time let's say, or any other reason I wanted to archive temporarily the post/application because the owner didn't make his decision yet anyways. Yea and I just thought it would be useful smh. If you receive an invite to the group you can deny it or leave yourself. What's your next example? What's your next example? Hmmm. Any use case when I don't want to permanently delete the post. Let's say a temporary % discount on products but I guess I just edit. Seems like this would be only useful for non vendor members because they don't have unlimited edits. We offer forum stickies and sales tags for increased edits for threads. Use those. So you have no use case in which your suggestion would be used? Yes seems like wasn't such a good idea after all, considering people might abuse it. You know how they say no idea is stupid maybe just inappropriate for the current case. I'll make another thread with some material shadow design suggestion:
