5-5 technique to calm down, stress related

I've done it in the past. It's a great way to mitigate stress. Meditation is also great and encorporates breathing techniques too. Something you might be interested in

This is cool mate. I want to do the same. I actually want to learn how to play the didgeridoo myself, very big art to it and it’s cool to listen too.

I do this when I'm stressed, usually just the more famous methods, like wim hofs.

A doctor gave me that one to try and manage anxiety. Didn't really get the hang of it though.

When you feel your blood pressure rising, just take a step back, take a few deep breaths and watch your stress float away.

7 seconds in through the nose, 11 seconds out through the mouth. 7 11 breathing. Stage performers use it apparently. I do it when I feel panicked.

I always wanted to swim under water without any breathing equipment if ever I have managed to perfect the breathing techniques I might be able to stay under water for much more longer than before :D

I think it kind of works, I usually am never able to breathe that long, my longest is 4 minutes now after doing this on and off for a a couple months.
