Sketchy DMs, G2A. - Shrooms - Feb 13, 2021 I’m sure it’s common sense but if you get DMs from someone about a G2A Bitbay scam, don’t use the extensions and just ignore the user. Trying to steal your Bitcoin. Most recent user https://hackforums.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=4949339 RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - ghostboy - Feb 13, 2021 Lmfao I generally keep 10 feet away from G2A. The whole site reeks of scamming RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - Bluntmeh - Feb 14, 2021 Well, I have had some decent transactions with people from G2A. But that dude messaged me and I deleted it but it was something spam like and seemed like a total scam. Glad you are making it completely known for the users who may not know. Thank you OP. RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - Juoku - Feb 14, 2021 I actually don't use G2A because they suck HARD, I rather pay more for stuff like on CardCloset than to buy from them, tried it once and never again. As for that scam, yeah there were multiple users sending that in the past, I guess they're back at it lol hope noone falls for these scams. great share, Shrooms! RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - severos - Feb 14, 2021 I've been away from HF for a while, forgot my browser open... Now, I was surprised to get a DM out of nowhere, thought it's the new norm in HF, but man that looks shit AF Like really? changing time zone at server from your browser? Does anyone actually fall for this?? RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - clicked - Feb 14, 2021 I actually got a DM from the same user about something unrelated. G2A Is a fine service though, I often use it to save like 20% on games I'd otherwise pay full price for and never had any issues.

This is the same DM I received, the extension used to “change the time” will just send your BTC to his address. Pathetic scumbags, I hate scammers. RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - 618C - Feb 14, 2021 Get these a lot lately, mostly its the g2a script that injects their btc wallet once you request a refund. Stupid kids RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - SIM-353284 - Feb 14, 2021 Thanks for posting op appreciate the awareness! RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - MattyWalsh - Feb 14, 2021 Thanks for warning, after watching the video I assumed it would be his BTC ago send to RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - ghostboy - Feb 14, 2021 (Feb 14, 2021 10:14 AM)618C Wrote: Get these a lot lately, mostly its the g2a script that injects their btc wallet once you request a refund. Stupid kids Yeah these scams have been getting worse since covid hit. People getting desperate and need money RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - Hoon - Feb 14, 2021 Thanks for the warning man I was gonna use g2a to purchase T_T RE: Sketchy DMs, G2A. - Shrooms - Feb 14, 2021 (Feb 14, 2021 02:52 PM)Hoon Wrote: Thanks for the warning man I was gonna use g2a to purchase T_T I believe G2A is fine to use, although I’ve never used it myself. It’s the extensions that are involved in using this fake method, when you send your bitcoins you would actually be sending them to the scammer and not G2A I believe. If that’s not how it works, there is definitely something else. Just ignore any “methods” or downloads anyone sends you, unless you have requested them.
