Used OPs site created an account and tried purchasing a shared hosting plan. It's been 1 day since payment and I haven't gotten assistance from his support.

Your payment was refunded. The confusion was made because you also ordered domain and we just got 1$ for domain order. We have refunded your whole amount & Cancelled the service. Next time please use HF Contract system before placing a order. Thanks.

I can confirm I got refunded. Very professional. But I did not realize your business runs hand in hand with HF's contract system. however that is a good way to be transparent in business but i believe there are a lot of people that will rather remain anonymous. Even if there was a mistake I believe your support should have resolved way faster than it did. This is just an honest review. I look forward to seeing you improve on these things
