I can confirm I got refunded. Very professional. But I did not realize your business runs hand in hand with HF's contract system. however that is a good way to be transparent in business but i believe there are a lot of people that will rather remain anonymous. Even if there was a mistake I believe your support should have resolved way faster than it did. This is just an honest review. I look forward to seeing you improve on these things
