No refund policy or refund policy? - Net - Feb 2, 2022 I was lurking around the Premium Sellers Section , Ebook Bazaar and the Deal Disputes section and I noticed that a lot of sellers have a no refund policy on their products / services. The thing that bothers me, at what point can a service or product have a valid no refund policy and an invalid no refund policy. At what point is it acceptable to the buyer from the seller to have a no refund policy for their service or product even if what they're selling is either dogshit or not up to that ''no-refund'' standard? I am going to have a few examples (this is not aimed at anyone): Example A: Person A is selling a HQ e-whoring pack that has all the things you need to start e-whoring. He shows you a preview picture and says that the pack has over 300 pictures including verification pictures. Person A also says that he has a no-refund policy. Person B is excited cause the pack seems good on the surface and buys it. Person A sells the pack to person B for 100$ BTC. Person B then notices that in the pack there are only pictures from the same angle and the pictures are only slightly different from each other, there are not many nudes and there is only 2 verification pictures. Person B feels like he did not get the product he paid for. Is the no-refund policy justified here? Example B: Person A is selling a ''500$ per day'' method for 100$. He has over 750 rep but only a handful of B-ratings, but the thread has over 10 pages of replies which most consists of questions from random users and replies from person A. Person B buys the method but notices that the method is a basic affiliate method with maybe a small twist (Bing ads, idk). Person B feels like he did not get the product he paid for, but person A has a no-refund policy. Is the no-refund policy here justified? The point I am trying to make is, at what point is it OK to have a no-refund policy? At what point is the no-refund policy just an ''abuse'' of power from upgraded members (or even normal members) to buyers who just came to the forum? Do you personally believe that the no-refund policy is just an excuse that scammers use to get away from any consequences? Like I said this is not directed at anyone, I noticed this is a thing in a lot of threads and deal disputed. This practice can also be considered in IRL businesses. RE: No refund policy or refund policy? - WebBots - Feb 2, 2022 i believe it falls under due diligence, the buyer should know exactly what he's wanting and communicate this clearly in example A, the buyer should be asking important questions like how many verification pictures and nudes are in the pack, how many different angles are used, if the seller is honest about the picture count then i think a no refund is justified if the seller fudged the numbers then for me this was just a scam and the no refund isn't justified communication is the key, describe what you want/need as much as possible and have a list of questions ready to go RE: No refund policy or refund policy? - Carrot - Feb 2, 2022 If you buy a money making ebook you're basically asking for trouble. If you have a method that can make you $1000 a day would you really sell it for $49.99? ^ The answer to that question will answer the question: "Should I buy an ebook?" RE: No refund policy or refund policy? - SIM-353284 - Feb 2, 2022 Have not noticed myself but in business if you arent satisfied with the product should get a refund 100% RE: No refund policy or refund policy? - Carrot - Feb 2, 2022 (Feb 2, 2022 04:07 AM)SIM Wrote: Have not noticed myself but in business if you arent satisfied with the product should get a refund 100% Completely true! but to combat the "aren't satisfied" descriptions need to be more accurate in whats provided.. If we are using ewhoring as example; If you are promised 300+ photos and receive dead on 300 photos, what was the need for the + ? I believe contents should be listed, you will receive 289x photos, 5x verification photos, 6x verification videos that way you at least know what you are getting, not just the seller saying yes in total you get 300+ assorted photos/videos in the pack. RE: No refund policy or refund policy? - PositiveAndLove - Feb 2, 2022 This refund policy doesn't even matter. Most people will just find a way out or exit scam. I've been lurking a little bit the thread and even if the users complaining about the quality of the e-book or whatever they purchased and leaves negative ratings, the mods will do nothing. The thread will continue, new users will just buy becuase it's not that obvious about the negative reps or ratings and so on. I think everything should be moderated by mods. They read or test the product/s and then they decide if it's worth selling or not. After that, everything should be a little bit more normal. RE: No refund policy or refund policy? - Heaven Bound - Feb 4, 2022 Man it's a 50/50 certain things you buy from the store are non refundable such as gift cards and such. This is on the buyer have to actually review before you buy. You may have some assholes who wont even try but want a refund happened on another site i was on so I think its a case by case basis situation. RE: No refund policy or refund policy? - Proxied - Feb 4, 2022 This is HF, all sellers abuse it. |
