They are personal accounts made on a custom email with my domain. Not cracked but also not personal (gmail/etc).

While these have been running for a very long time (years), I obviously cannot 100% guarantee.
I'd use it for the pro version of office apps and short-medium term storage, if you're buying for the storage I recommend backing up elsewhere as well if they are important files.
However, if something does happen my warranty would be a refund or replacement to your satisfaction.

They are business licensed. They have all features + more (enterprise edition on some apps); not cracked/stolen and are created with desired username.

I have some questions,
After purchasing this, the buyer will receive a login (email, pw). That's it? Also, I assume after signing in, we download the whole 'package' from Microsoft's website?
