While these have been running for a very long time (years), I obviously cannot 100% guarantee.

I'd use it for the pro version of office apps and short-medium term storage, if you're buying for the storage I recommend backing up elsewhere as well if they are important files.

However, if something does happen my warranty would be a refund or replacement to your satisfaction.
