Build ur own private VPN with wireguard or such or you can buy a private vpn then use it on a a device directly or even running on a Virtual environment, so you're own network is not giving enough data :)!

Like blackd.t said, a lot of research, trial and error. Hacking is a pretty broad term so just research what you are actually wanting to learn how to do and go from there.

Search for ircnow they give you a free vpssec to learn openbsd or if jrmu accepts to give you a debian instance so you can enhance alot and learn how mail works how webserver is setup and then when u gather enough information on how they work

I used to do lots of Research and play HTB to further challenge the knowledge I recently required. Sometimes I do Bug Bounties too for testing vulnerabilities legally.

"htb is vomit"??? just because you cant pass the registration does not mean its bad 🤦♂️ but if you dont wanna use htb use tryhackme, they offer vms which you can boot up in your browser so you dont have to install anything. but why do you not want to install anything, what is the issue.
