Build ur own private VPN with wireguard or such or you can buy a private vpn then use it on a a device directly or even running on a Virtual environment, so you're own network is not giving enough data :)!

Like blackd.t said, a lot of research, trial and error. Hacking is a pretty broad term so just research what you are actually wanting to learn how to do and go from there.

"htb is vomit"??? just because you cant pass the registration does not mean its bad 🤦‍♂️ but if you dont wanna use htb use tryhackme, they offer vms which you can boot up in your browser so you dont have to install anything. but why do you not want to install anything, what is the issue.
