Meh , I can just say my barbershop is going 50% better than last year RE: What was your raise this year? - My Computer - Apr 14, 2023 The most recent raise I got was 38.46%. I transitioned from an intern to a full-time employee at the same company. RE: What was your raise this year? - Aeowulf - Apr 14, 2023 I got a laughable 3%. I've been thinking about going ahead and retiring. This ain't helping me stick around. RE: What was your raise this year? - Vibe - Apr 14, 2023 I get durning winter but it was 6% this year normally we only get like 3%. I’ll probably leave next year after 1st if it’s 3% this year though RE: What was your raise this year? - DashPHP - Apr 15, 2023 I don’t earn a salary so my pay increases correlate with how my businesses are doing… grateful to say they are doing pretty good and pay is starting to prove worth while. It is such a common case where the typical employee gets a single digit percent raise and I just don’t think it’s worth all the effort. With consistency, eventually work out better than comfortable salary. RE: What was your raise this year? - Eran - Apr 15, 2023 You guys are getting paid?
