Oh Hunter.. The guys literally just grasping at straws at this point.
Can't wait for him to finally be convicted.

Those agents “have targeted and sought to embarrass Mr. Biden” by disclosing confidential information about his private tax matters to the media, the president’s son alleged in the civil suit in federal court in Washington, D.C.
Biden wants a court to declare that the IRS unlawfully revealed his tax information and award him $1,000 in damages for each unauthorized disclosure.
The lawsuit comes days after Biden, 53, was indicted on three criminal counts related to his possession of a handgun.

If he is convicted he will be pardoned so don't have too high of hopes.

This wouldn't surprise me, especially due to how many people Trump pardoned; I can almost see Biden doing it solely as an act to defy Trump rather than the courts itself.
It's amazing how personal politics will become with the people that are supposed to be running our country..

Revealing his tax information illegally isn't grasping at straws to do with his case it's a separate issue.

He was offered such a sweetheart deal already and I believe the judge only stopped it because of all the outcry. I hope they drop the hammer on him, and we see justice. But I'm not holding my breath. His family is breaking laws right in our faces and there's nothing we have been able to do about it. Such a smack in the face.

Joe said he won't pardon him which I think is kind of dumb. He's not going to score any points with anyone by not pardoning him.
