This wouldn't surprise me, especially due to how many people Trump pardoned; I can almost see Biden doing it solely as an act to defy Trump rather than the courts itself.
It's amazing how personal politics will become with the people that are supposed to be running our country..

Revealing his tax information illegally isn't grasping at straws to do with his case it's a separate issue.
He was offered such a sweetheart deal already and I believe the judge only stopped it because of all the outcry. I hope they drop the hammer on him, and we see justice. But I'm not holding my breath. His family is breaking laws right in our faces and there's nothing we have been able to do about it. Such a smack in the face.
