so those warning from chrome is giving me a headache
whenever i download my crypted file directly in chrome it says this file may be dangerous and not commonly downloaded
how the fuck i bypass that shit??!

The language isn't helping. If you'd just look, there are threads on Google Safe Browsing. It's going to come up on any malicious or simply unknown application. You can click 'Keep' to bypass it.

Put file in zip with password, so when someone tries to download it, it will download without blocking. But make sure your audience knows the password, tell them in download page or put txt file in zip with name "pass is 12345.txt" or something like that. It's simple but it does the job done.

or copy the direct link of file and use CURL to dowload via CMD/Powershell/Terminal

Windows Defender has nothing to do with Chrome Safe Browsing.
