Bitcoin wallets do not use Base64. Base64 is an encoding method that is easily reversible. Bitcoin Core uses AES-256 encryption using a password as the encryption key. In order to crack the password, you should upload your file here to get a hash of the encrypted data. Password cracking comes down to trying to reproduce the hash by iterating over a dictionary file or through brute force.
