Hello everyone
So, Do you believe that self-confidence is important for success?
Is it important stone in making sucess?
For me i tried it in my work, when i am confident in my work i usually sell better

Definitely, since you're confident talking about something people will be more inclined to trust you as they will be convinved that you know what you are talking about.
However, there is a thin barrier between being self-confident and being arrogant, so sometimes it can be unfavorable if it's misused.

If you are not confident in yourself then you will find yourself being given instructions by other people for crap returns.

Yes, I believe that self-confidence is important for success. When we believe in ourselves and our abilities, we are more likely to take risks, push ourselves out of our comfort zones, and ultimately achieve our goals. Self-confidence is like a cornerstone in building success, as it helps us overcome challenges and setbacks with resilience and determination. Personally, I have also found that when I am confident in my work, I am more productive and successful.

Of course, this has an impact on everything.
I believe it's absolutely key to success, and it's in believing in yourself and having some self-confidence.

Human civilisation is set up to benefit extroverts. You don't have to have any intelligence, abilities or be diligent. If you're able to talk effectively to people and have boundless (even if grossly ill-advised) self-confidence, you'll go places.
That's just the way human society works. We're all busy, we're all preoccupied. We give anyone the benefit of the doubt if they're confident. That's why they're called "confidence tricksters".
So yes, it's very important if you want to be successful. Not necessarily important if you want to be a good human being.

Absolutely. It's a fine line between self-confidence and over-confidence/arrogance. When you get it right, it's incredible and people can sense it and they appreciate it.

Confidence is like a super power. It will give you the edge every time. Any form of doubt will hinder your full potential. "Confidence is key." as they say.

100% self-confidence is the key to everything. You won't get anywhere if you're hesitant. You have to be confident in everything you do any believe in yourself. I used to not be super confident, but as I get older I get more confident because I care less about other people's thoughts and I find myself way more successful and happy in life.

Confidence for sure plays a part in success. Without action, you cannot have an outcome, and you must be somewhat confident to present yourself. So, the short answer: is yes.

100% self confidence is a major factor in both your work and pretty much regardless of what you do honestly. Additionally, it's a major factor in many other aspects of your life too and that with the help of, you can do more with, get more out of, generally be happier from, etc.
