Yes, I believe that self-confidence is important for success. 100% self-confidence is the key to everything. You won't get anywhere if you're hesitant. You have to be confident in everything you do any believe in yourself. I used to not be super confident, but as I get older I get more confident because I care less about other people's thoughts and I find myself way more successful and happy in life.
