8 days account age. You could have expect what happen. Basically you paid for his meal today.
Your contract terms also screams big red flag.
"100 test installs for exe file.
crypt of file included in this deal for no extra charge."
50$ is way too much for installs. Those installs being traded like that are basically worthless, maybe 5$ for the favor.
Real, untouched and fresh US/EU are always in demand, thus presold. Flows are usually paid upfront often for weeks and months.
Then, after they are used and/or marked as empty, they end up in the situation like yours - being pushed to lower tier market to make last pennies.
Make sure to read the following threads and comply with guidelines. Otherwise you will be scammed again and again.

Basically what the user above said. 100% that money is gone. Thankfully it's not a big amount and I hope you learned your lesson on taking safety precautions when buying/selling/trading.

yup that guy is very sus bro he was blowing up my phone for $50 for 100 installs hq never showed any proof nothing and was begging me to send him on hf before contract completion.... this needs to be reported to admins this guys going around scamming left n right forsure a multi idk who it is since the new user update got confused

Honestly at this point a big fat banner should be visible on a page where new L33T members are.
