Your contract terms also screams big red flag.

50$ is way too much for installs. Those installs being traded like that are basically worthless, maybe 5$ for the favor.
Real, untouched and fresh US/EU are always in demand, thus presold. Flows are usually paid upfront often for weeks and months.
Then, after they are used and/or marked as empty, they end up in the situation like yours - being pushed to lower tier market to make last pennies.
