I am all about carving because I enjoy the challenge.
Making spooky faces and adding a light inside is the best part.
Would you rather paint or carve a pumpkin?

I enjoy carving more, as you can get really creative. I try to incorporate the lighting from the candle inside to create a shadow that will also look cool.

Definitely carving. I need to find some time this week to carve a few for Halloween. Totally forgot to do it this past weekend.

Go for it. There is still time and carved pumpkins look great even if they are done last minute.

That’s true. A freshly carved pumpkin definitely looks best haha. I even have a carving kit. Thanks for the reminder!

I'd much rather carve a pumpkin, mostly because it's just a more creative and fun way of decorating a pumpkin, rather than just painting it. It's always fun to put a light inside it and see all of your hard work!

Yeah, I completely agree with that. Carving a pumpkin is much more hands-on than just painting it, and you really get to be creative with it. I've seen a lot of pretty cool Halloween pumpkins over the years!

Pumpkin carving for sure, pumpkin painting is cool too tho.
