replace your ipv4 in reverse_shell.js file
execute reverse_shell.js in target machine ✌

Android can only run Android apps. It cannot execute .js files by themselves. Not unless you run it with another app. You've been trying to infect Android devices for long enough to know that there is no easy way to take over a device.
