Have you ever heard about DDoS protection? A free Cloudflare plan would stop this..

ITs better to curl with multiple threads, that will atleast slow down the servers at the best or force in caching and if the site is at cloudflare free plan the catching will stop.

Uh-huh, sure. My phone only used 50-60 KB when using it. A DoS from one IP address is easily detected.

And try getting more than 10 Mbps through Tor. Plus, Tor IPs will automatically be flagged by DDoS filters.
