While I don't pause the gym or take a rest, I'll admit I have more cheat meals than usual.

I currently don't follow any specific meal plan or diet. I'm still benefiting from my fast metabolism while I'm still young.
To other, always eat moderately.

Yes, haven’t been to the gym for at least two months now.
