(white hat security) how to find geolocation of your youtube videos on youtube - johndoeman805 - Jul 6, 2025 obviously want to prevent that. RE: (white hat security) how to find geolocation of your youtube videos on youtube - Charlie Sheen - Jul 6, 2025 YouTube strips most of the metadata from a video, but you should still scrub your metadata before you upload. There's apps for it, or if you're uploading from computer then you can do it manually. Depending on the types of videos you post make sure to blur any landmarks. Don't link your YouTube to other social media accounts. I heard that youtube scrubs meta data. YouTube would have to save metadata in order to display it. It's been a long time, but I think that there was a setting for location when uploading videos. You can use this tool on your videos. https://github.com/mattwright324/youtube-geofind RE: (white hat security) how to find geolocation of your youtube videos on youtube - johndoeman805 - Jul 6, 2025 (Jul 6, 2025 03:19 PM)DramaKing Wrote: YouTube would have to save metadata in order to display it.
