I don’t think humans will ever colonize another planet.
In my view, humanity will destroy itself before reaching that stage.
What about you — do you think we’ll ever become interplanetary?

Battles for religion, power and money will catch up to people someday(it already did lol). As Tears for Fears wrote, "nothing ever lasts forever" and by that time I dont think people will make such big step.✌✌✌

I believe we will - in our lifetime. And it's not about a romantic view of human kind and its survival.
They need resources from other planets and they will find a way to go get them (even themselves)

My guess is no.
Not because it’s impossible, but because by the time we have the technology to do it, we’ll have the technology to build even better colonies in space, or on/inside small asteroids, than we could ever build on a planet.

Tears for Fears also wrote "Everybody Wants to Rule the World", which is quite true. So, based on the lyrics of their songs, it suggests that humans may succeed in conquering another planet, such as Mars, but not in our lifetime.
