Me and two or more persons conspired to commit a federal offense. What makes it worse is you don't have to know all the elements of a conspiracy to be a part of one.

Yes. Everything is segregated from the moment you get off the bus. Whites and Mexicans sit on one side of the chow hall, blacks on the other. Gang members with gang members. Same goes for living situations. 90% of Mexican or white is on gang related time.
