RE: Best Linux distro for personal computers in 2026? - hussain.spams - Jan 18, 2026 I stepped into linux with zorin os. But once u understand more ubuntu is also good mostly because ai just makes it simple now to navigate and install programs on linux. I just ask ai for "bash script" to install "program name" properly on my device <pasting the response of the command neofetch > Whatever response i get i copy and paste it on my terminal window. Also many automation scripts are available like https://github.com/ChrisTitusTech/linutil RE: Best Linux distro for personal computers in 2026? - Fʀᴏst - Jan 21, 2026 I'm debating on replacing my Ubuntu with either Arch Linux or Fedora but I want to use Hyperland with whatever one I choose. The only reason I haven't selected Arch is because I'm worried about bricking my system and losing stuff on my computer. If anyone can give me your opinion on what I should do I'd love that. RE: Best Linux distro for personal computers in 2026? - LiNixx - Jan 21, 2026 I’ve always been a die‑hard Debian user. I enjoy Mint and Ubuntu too, but even though they are both based on debian themselves I always find myself returning to the rock-solid stability of Debian.

RE: Best Linux distro for personal computers in 2026? - Mercury - Mar 17, 2026 I absolutely love Debian but I'm biased at this point. Mint is truly the best option out there in terms of daily drivers. The stability and overall ease of use is just top notch.
