Appreciate everyone checking in. I know the thread went quiet, so I wanted to give a real update on where things are at.
When I started this, the goal wasn't really about making money from the first person I worked with. I wanted to prove I could take the process, systemize it, and help someone else replicate the same thing.
I took someone on and originally planned to build everything from scratch together over the course of a month while teaching him the process along the way.
Pretty quickly, I realized that approach was slowing down the actual execution. Too much time was going into explaining fundamentals and setting up the foundation instead of building momentum.
So instead of forcing that approach, I changed direction.
I took what I was building, turned it into a much cleaner system, and built out the actual platform myself. The first version took about a week, another week went into refining and improving it, and now the foundation is basically complete.
We're currently at the final review stage on his side before moving into the client acquisition phase.
The biggest lesson from this was realizing that the system itself is the asset. Teaching someone how to build everything from zero is slower than giving them a working environment and teaching them how to operate inside of it.
Because of that, I actually have room for one more person right now.
This is not a "learn how to use AI to make websites" type of thing.
The goal is much bigger.
The system is built around:
• Finding and acquiring clients
• Creating a marketing strategy around specific niches
• Understanding what clients actually need
• Managing conversations and closing deals
• Using AI as a development tool to speed up execution
• Automating the repetitive parts of the workflow
• Building a repeatable web development business
AI is only one piece of the puzzle.
The advantage comes from combining client acquisition, automation, development, and business operations into one workflow.
The platform is designed to grow with the people using it. Your experiences, your clients, and your results become part of improving the system itself. It isn't a fixed template — it's something that evolves as we learn what works.
The goal isn't to create a business where you do nothing.
A good business still requires involvement.
The idea is to automate the parts that don't need constant human input, so your time can be spent where it matters:
Finding better clients.
Building relationships.
Closing opportunities.
Improving the service.
For higher-paying clients especially, your time and involvement will always matter. Automation helps you scale your process — it doesn't replace the need to actually understand people and deliver value.
The bigger picture is building something that starts with web development, but expands into a full client acquisition and digital growth system.
The market is still wide open. There are thousands of businesses that need better online presence, better systems, and better ways to convert attention into customers.
If things continue moving the way they are, the current person should be through the first client acquisition stage within days to a week, then transitioning into operating independently.
I'm not rushing this. I wanted to give a real update instead of letting the thread disappear.

The goal isn't to hand someone a tool.
The goal is to build someone who knows how to use the tool.
The business we are building goes past web development, we are aiming to be what a business relies on. (Within reason). This is why my personal involvement is needed as I need to be there and show you how I acquire clients, and further how to turn a. simple website to a bigger business opportunity.
For example this week I turned a simple website homepage update to a proposal for a ecosystem.
What was a simple business with a Shopify and a good following on instagram, is in the works for being turned to:

Media business creates infinite content for all aspects of the it. Turning the Media to its own entity can Separates liability incase of copyright and potential legal issues even a podcast can introduce long term.
Magazine allows for ad space and sporships to be placed and not take the websites real-estate aswell as allowing for customer engagement to spike as they can be involved in creating the content every month or per issue release.
A profile system for people to view the products and showcases / a mini instagram. This causes investment. Investment means engagement.
It all creates an ecosystem that feeds one another.

The 15 minute business , is just the 15 minutes it takes to handle the clients that aren't worth your time. The goal is to never spend more then 15 minutes on a single client that isnt going to be actively worth your time. Yet you can still use them to your benefit as marketing and exposure. But we never spend more then 15 minutes on someone who isn't paying thats the idea.
