Appreciate everyone checking in. I know the thread went quiet, so I wanted to give a real update on where things are at.

When I started this, the goal wasn't really about making money from the first person I worked with. I wanted to prove I could take the process, systemize it, and help someone else replicate the same thing.

I took someone on and originally planned to build everything from scratch together over the course of a month while teaching him the process along the way.

Pretty quickly, I realized that approach was slowing down the actual execution. Too much time was going into explaining fundamentals and setting up the foundation instead of building momentum.

So instead of forcing that approach, I changed direction.

I took what I was building, turned it into a much cleaner system, and built out the actual platform myself. The first version took about a week, another week went into refining and improving it, and now the foundation is basically complete.

We're currently at the final review stage on his side before moving into the client acquisition phase.

The biggest lesson from this was realizing that the system itself is the asset. Teaching someone how to build everything from zero is slower than giving them a working environment and teaching them how to operate inside of it.

Because of that, I actually have room for one more person right now.

This is not a "learn how to use AI to make websites" type of thing.

The goal is much bigger.

The system is built around:

• Finding and acquiring clients
• Creating a marketing strategy around specific niches
• Understanding what clients actually need
• Managing conversations and closing deals
• Using AI as a development tool to speed up execution
• Automating the repetitive parts of the workflow
• Building a repeatable web development business

AI is only one piece of the puzzle.

The advantage comes from combining client acquisition, automation, development, and business operations into one workflow.

Magazine allows for ad space and sporships to be placed and not take the websites real-estate aswell as allowing for customer engagement to spike as they can be involved in creating the content every month or per issue release.
A profile system for people to view the products and showcases / a mini instagram. This causes investment. Investment means engagement.
It all creates an ecosystem that feeds one another.

The 15 minute business , is just the 15 minutes it takes to handle the clients that aren't worth your time. The goal is to never spend more then 15 minutes on a single client that isnt going to be actively worth your time. Yet you can still use them to your benefit as marketing and exposure. But we never spend more then 15 minutes on someone who isn't paying thats the idea.
