I told you there was a possibility of opening an account; we've worked together many times before.If I was making a permanent ban, I was already giving a guarantee about it in the past,but there is a possibility that the accounts will be opened back at this time, I closed the account, but it is not my problem to open it later, I could not guaranteed to make a permanent ban to you
our message history is still there,I have never guaranteed you that there is a permanent ban,and it is not my problem that the account came back later,I labored and banned it as I said
Also, remember that I provided this service to you at a very low price because you are my old customer, and it's very funny that you're still demanding a refund from me.

u told me that HE CANNOT UNBAN HIS ACC HIMSELF and in reality he unbanned his account himself
if we worked together many times then do u think its worth fucking this relation for merely 150$ ?

This situation sucks for both sides of this deal. Having been on the receiving end of loadman 's false allegations previously, I can honestly state that finger pointing of that caliber doesn't bode fairly well for the accused, and he/she/they can prove to be relentless even without any shred of evidence. In this case though, the proof appears to be quite solid although no guarantees were laid out at the making of this deal. If you can do so, either side share the correspondence between the service provider and paid buyer in order for us, the unbiased silently-judging audience can pick a hillside to defend.

and what about my labors? i pay cost per ban,is it my problem that the account comes back?
customer satisfaction is always my priority,but I demand a refund of half of the fee so that both sides can agree,as a result, I did my best and banned it,and if anyone thinks that these services are lies, he probably never tried, I've been doing this job for 8 years and I've served thousands of people all over the world.
( Some people are trying to undermine the entire business and claiming that it doesn’t work because of minor issues. This is stupid and honestly quite funny. My service always delivers the highest quality.)
