This situation sucks for both sides of this deal. Having been on the receiving end of loadman 's false allegations previously, I can honestly state that finger pointing of that caliber doesn't bode fairly well for the accused, and he/she/they can prove to be relentless even without any shred of evidence. In this case though, the proof appears to be quite solid although no guarantees were laid out at the making of this deal. If you can do so, either side share the correspondence between the service provider and paid buyer in order for us, the unbiased silently-judging audience can pick a hillside to defend.
