nope, mods arent allowed to edit posts or ban, plus you cant ban someone a higher rank. :)

Mods can edit posts and ban people.
I'm pretty sure mods can't ban other mods, only Admins can ban mods.

Also what would the point be, If You assigned someone to be a moderator and they could Ban the Owner(s) of the site...

no, i tested it out once on crow XD :P. At first, yeah, mods could ban other mods, but it was a mistake. Mods CAN'T ban other mods. Only admins can ban mods. I think admins CAN ban other admins though. And editing posts, I'm pretty sure mods can edit other mods posts, but not the admins post.

Maybe he has his own forum and he is root-admin and MAYBE one of HIS mods there is acting strange?
So he want's to know if it's possible if that crazy mod could ban his staff lol.
