Mods can edit posts and ban people.
I'm pretty sure mods can't ban other mods, only Admins can ban mods.
I was Gonna say the same thing as Precision..
Also what would the point be, If You assigned someone to be a moderator and they could Ban the Owner(s) of the site...

no, i tested it out once on crow XD :P. At first, yeah, mods could ban other mods, but it was a mistake. Mods CAN'T ban other mods. Only admins can ban mods. I think admins CAN ban other admins though. And editing posts, I'm pretty sure mods can edit other mods posts, but not the admins post.
maybe he was planning to become a mod and take over hf and turn us into slaves
i find it strange that mods can edit other mods posts.
