12. Popularity comments cannot be related to Marketplace activity either positive or negative. Example calling someone a scammer, product/service comments, or even calling them trusted.

That's currently the only official rule concerning the new Popularity system change for custom comments.

I am ended the Canned Reputation system.

In the middle of removing the system. You'll be able to leave custom comments on reputations.

Between 3-4am a DDoS attack occurred on HF. It targeted a few pages. Most of the attack came from China and Indonesia.

Most of HF's automated DDoS prevention seemed to mitigate most of the attack. Might have been some site slowness for that hour. Served 7TB of data, which is pretty big.

Adjustments were made to further mitigate such attacks.

On a personal note: Nice that someone still cares enough about HF to send us DDoS attacks.
